Love working with children, but want flexibility without the pressure of running your own practice?
Healthy Young Minds is looking for a warm, enthusiastic Speech Pathologist to join our friendly paediatric allied health clinic in Bundoora.
This is an ideal opportunity for a Speech Pathologist wanting the flexibility and earning potential of private practice, without having to find your own clients, manage a clinic or travel between appointments.
Start with one day per week or more and we can build your caseload at a pace that suits you.

The role
You will provide speech pathology assessment and intervention to children and young people presenting with a range of communication and developmental needs.
Depending on your interests and experience, your caseload may include:
- Speech sound and articulation difficulties
- Receptive and expressive language
- Social communication and pragmatic language
- Autism and ADHD
- Developmental and learning difficulties
- Literacy-related language needs
- Parent consultation and support
- NDIS-funded therapy and capacity-building supports
There is flexibility to shape your caseload around your clinical interests and areas of expertise.
About you
We'd love to hear from you if you are:
- A qualified Speech Pathologist
- Eligible for/currently holding Speech Pathology Australia membership
- Passionate about working with children and families
- Warm, reliable and professional
- Comfortable working independently within a supportive clinic
- Committed to neurodiversity-affirming and evidence-based practice
- Experienced in paediatrics, or keen to develop your paediatric experience
Experienced clinicians are very welcome, as are Speech Pathologists looking to add one private-practice day alongside an existing role.
