We're looking for a passionate and relationship-driven Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join our collaborative team in a permanent full-time position, supporting the recruitment of graduate and experienced veterinarians across our General Practice network in Queensland.
This is a unique opportunity to combine relationship building, strategic recruitment and industry knowledge in a role where you'll directly influence the success of our clinics and the careers of veterinary professionals.

About the Role
Reporting to the General Manager Talent Acquisition, you'll partner closely with operational leaders and clinic teams to deliver tailored recruitment solutions that support both immediate hiring needs and long-term workforce planning.
This is a fast-paced, highly collaborative role where no two days are the same. You'll proactively source and engage veterinary talent, build lasting relationships across the profession, visiting our clinics, attend industry events and conferences, university partners, and provide expert guidance to hiring leaders throughout the recruitment process.
You'll play a key role in ensuring every candidate has an outstanding experience while helping our clinics attract and retain exceptional veterinary professionals.
What You'll Be Doing

Partner with the General Manager Operations QLD, Regional Managers, Practice Managers and clinic leaders as a trusted recruitment advisor

Manage end-to-end recruitment for experienced veterinarians across Queensland

Build talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking and LinkedIn Recruiter

Engage passive candidates and develop long-term relationships within the veterinary profession

Deliver an exceptional candidate experience from first conversation through to onboarding

Attend veterinary conferences, networking events and careers initiatives

Support veterinarian attraction, engagement and retention strategies

Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance recruitment systems and processes
About You

You might be:

An experienced Talent Acquisition or Recruitment professional looking to specialise in the veterinary industry

A Veterinarian interested in transitioning into a people-focused career while remaining connected to the profession

You'll also bring:

Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, business development or relationship management, or veterinary clinical experience with a genuine interest in recruitment

Experience within healthcare, medical or veterinary industries will be highly regarded but is not essential.
