Key Responsibilities
- Create exceptional Gold Class experiences by delivering warm, polished and attentive service from the moment guests arrive.
- Lead from the front during busy service periods, keeping the team focused, energised and working together to deliver a seamless experience.
- Coordinate food and beverage service with pace and accuracy, ensuring orders are delivered efficiently and presented to a consistently high standard.
- Build genuine rapport with guests, anticipate their needs and respond confidently to requests or service concerns.
- Support, coach and motivate team members to maintain high standards of service, presentation and teamwork throughout each shift.
- Work closely with kitchen and cinema teams to keep communication clear and service running smoothly.
- Maintain strong standards across cleanliness, food safety, RSA compliance and WHS.
What You’ll Bring
- Previous experience in restaurant, bar, premium hospitality or a similarly fast-paced food and beverage environment, with strong transferable service skills.
- Experience leading or supervising teams in a busy customer-facing environment.
- A passion for delivering exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- The ability to remain composed, organised and guest-focused while working at pace.
- Strong communication skills, confidence and a natural ability to connect with both guests and team members.
- A proactive, hands-on approach and the ability to adapt quickly when priorities change.
- A current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate is required.
- Food Safety Supervisor Certification is highly regarded but not essential.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, public holidays and peak cinema trading periods.
