About the Role
We're looking for motivated, safety-focused Field Technicians to join our growing SA team. Whether your background is in building, plumbing, concrete pumping or another trade, we'll provide the specialised training you need to build a rewarding career. Working alongside experienced crews, you'll deliver innovative ground engineering solutions across residential, commercial and infrastructure projects.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Raising, re-levelling and re-supporting homes, buildings, bridges, roads and other structures using Mainmark's specialised technologies.
- Operating equipment and carrying out field-based construction activities safely and efficiently.
- Working closely with customers, project managers and team members to deliver successful project outcomes.
- Following safe work practices and contributing to a strong safety culture.
- Maintaining high standards of workmanship and attention to detail.
About You
We're looking for someone who is reliable, hardworking and enjoys practical, hands-on work. You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in a construction trade.
- The ability to work outdoors in physically demanding environments.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills.
- The ability to follow procedures and work effectively under pressure.
- A strong commitment to safety.
- Flexibility to travel when required.
