EBP RSL is seeking an experienced and motivated Licensed Club Manager to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
The Licensed Club Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the club and ensuring a high standard of customer service and compliance.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Planning, coordinating and supervising bar, restaurant and function services to ensure efficient daily operations and a high standard of customer service;
- Planning, booking and overseeing sporting, gaming and entertainment activities and events for members and guests;
- Supervising security arrangements, venue presentation and property maintenance to ensure a safe and well-maintained club environment;
- Managing and arranging member subscriptions, renewals and related membership administration;
- Ensuring compliance with liquor, gaming, health, safety and other applicable laws and regulations;
- Monitoring and enforcing occupational health and safety procedures and workplace compliance requirements;
- Preparing, compiling and coordinating notices and other communications to keep members informed of upcoming events, services and facilities;
- Assessing and reviewing member satisfaction, feedback and preferences to improve club services and member experience;
- Liaising with community groups, local organisations and sponsored partners supported by the club; and
- Recruiting, selecting, training, supervising and managing staff to ensure effective service delivery and operational performance.
Skills and Experience Required
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience in a similar role;
- Strong leadership and communication skills;
- Excellent organisational and customer service abilities;
- Knowledge of liquor, gaming, workplace health and safety and compliance requirements;
- Ability to manage staff and daily venue operations effectively.
Pay: $76,515.00 per year
