How you will make an impact:
This is a great opportunity for an experienced Credit or Customer Service professional to join a growing and collaborative team.
In this role, you’ll build and maintain strong relationships with brokers and clients while managing the lending process from application through to settlement. You’ll play an important part in supporting our clients and brokers by providing responsive service, clear communication and practical solutions.
What you will do:
- Lead nurture and enrichment
- Credit assessment
- Drafting Sales Proposals
- Managing the loan settlement process
- Broker communication
- Ongoing client management, customer care and retention
What you will bring with you:
- Highly motivated with an ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast paced high volume environment within our collaborative team
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with brokers and clients
- Numerically confident with an ability to analyse financial statements or desire to learn
- Curious and eager to learn, with a growth mindset and willingness to develop new skills. Experience in commercial finance is an advantage, but not essential
