Weekday Track Marshal
We’re looking for enthusiastic, reliable and safety-focused Track Marshals to join our team on weekdays.
As a Track Marshal, you’ll be responsible for helping our customers have a safe, fun and memorable go-karting experience. You’ll be out on the track supporting customers, monitoring safety and keeping sessions running smoothly.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Monitoring the go-kart track and ensuring customers follow safety rules
- Managing the start and finish of races
- Helping customers understand and follow safety procedures
- Responding quickly and appropriately to incidents on track
- Keeping a constant eye on the track and identifying potential hazards
- Helping keep the track and surrounding areas clean and organised
- Providing friendly and professional customer service
- Working closely with the wider team to keep sessions running efficiently
- Following all company safety procedures and reporting any issues to management
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need previous go-karting experience – full training will be provided.
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and punctual
- Confident and comfortable speaking with customers
- Alert and able to stay focused for extended periods
- Calm and confident when dealing with incidents
- Physically capable of working in an active environment
- A strong team player
- Safety-conscious and responsible
- Friendly, energetic and willing to get stuck in
