Achieve Something Great
Be the welcoming face of our Renal Department, where every interaction matters. In this role, you’ll support patients, visitors, and clinicians by coordinating renal clinics, managing confidential medical records, and ensuring billing processes run smoothly. Working Monday to Friday (0800–1630), you’ll thrive in a fast-paced environment, strengthening your time management, communication, and people skills while contributing to continuous process improvements. You’ll also uphold NSW Health’s values, promote workplace safety, and support new team members helping deliver a seamless and high-quality patient experience every day.
Are You the Right Fit?
We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage competing priorities with confidence. Your strong attention to detail, ability to multitask, and calm approach under pressure will set you apart, alongside your active listening skills and genuine empathy for patients and colleagues. A willingness to travel to the Liverpool Renal Unit for training, education, and clinic cross-cover is essential. If you’re passionate about making a real difference and ready to grow in a dynamic environment, this is your opportunity to step into a role that truly matters.
