About the Role
Lead specialised pelvic floor continence care and shape services that change lives. You’ll manage complex cases, build strong teams and create clear pathways that deliver coordinated, high quality outcomes for people with colorectal and continence needs.
Duties
- Lead pelvic floor continence care and service coordination
- Manage complex colorectal and bowel dysfunction cases
- Guide nursing and multidisciplinary team practice
- Build continuity, quality and compassionate patient care
- Address gaps between policy, practice and outcomes
- Manage resources and grow a positive team culture
About You
You’re an experienced nurse with specialist interest in continence care, ready to lead services, guide teams and improve outcomes for people with complex needs.
- Registered or eligible Nurse with NMBA practising certificate
- Hold or work towards continence or colorectal care qualification
- Lead teams, guide change and build positive work culture
- Apply continence, stoma and pelvic floor expertise to care
- Work autonomously, prioritise well and partner across disciplines
