Remuneration: $72,825.63 - $79,134.02 per annum (pro rata for part time hours)
Hours Per Week: 38 (Job Share may be considered for part time hours)

What you'll be doing
As an Enrolled Nurse, you will provide safe, evidence-based nursing care under the guidance of a Registered Nurse, ensuring every patient receives individualised, compassionate care that promotes their health, wellbeing and recovery.
You will be required to:
Deliver and assist with assessing, planning, implementing and evaluating high-quality nursing care to achieve positive patient outcomes.
Provide holistic, person-centred care in accordance with professional standards, legislation and organisational policies.
Collaborate with Registered Nurses and the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless continuity of care.
Advocate for patients and their families through respectful, compassionate communication.
Maintain accurate clinical documentation while effectively managing resources in a busy acute clinical environment.

Demonstrated recent clinical experience relevant to the position
Demonstrated ability to effectively prioritise and organise own workload within the scope of practice of an Enrolled Nurse
Demonstrated effective clinical communication through the use of information technology, written and verbal means; and sound interpersonal skills including the ability to communicate with the multidisciplinary health care team
An understanding of patient centred care and demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of the multi-disciplinary health care team.
