About the Role
We are looking for a confident, customer-focused person to join our team in a Sales Focused Customer Service role.
All enquiries come via website and phone — your role is to turn genuine customer interest into confirmed bookings through strong communication, follow-up, attention to detail, and great people skills. How you speak to customers and how you guide the conversation is what gets bookings across the line.
This is not cold calling or marketing — you will be working with warm enquiries from customers who are already interested in booking.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to website enquiries and phone calls
- Provide quotes and guide customers through the booking process
- Convert enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Follow up and finalise pending bookings
- Customer service, email handling, and general admin tasks
- Process payments and enter bookings into the system
About You
- Strong communication and people skills
- Confident speaking with customers and guiding conversations
- Comfortable converting enquiries into confirmed bookings
- Strong follow-up, organisation, and attention to detail
- Customer service, sales support, or admin experience (minimum 1 year required)
- Positive, reliable, and proactive attitude
