This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll lead a small team and partner with hiring leaders and drive recruitment outcomes across a diverse range of roles and services.

What you'll do
As our TA Lead you'll:
Lead and support a team of Talent Acquisition Business to deliver great recruitment outcomes
Partner with leaders to provide expert advice on attraction, recruitment and workforce planning
Drive end-to-end recruitment across a broad range of roles and business areas
Lead talent attraction initiatives, sourcing strategies and employment branding activities
Use recruitment data and insights to identify opportunities and improve hiring outcomes
Champion a positive candidate and hiring manager experience
What you'll bring
Experience leading recruitment teams in a large, multidisciplinary organisational environment
Strong end-to-end Talent Acquisition experience across diverse role types
Demonstrated ability to build trusted relationships with leaders and stakeholders
A proactive, solutions-focused approach to recruitment challenges
Excellent communication and coaching skills
