**About Us**
Mister Nosh is a HACCP certified, premium gluten free food manufacturer in Bibra Lake. Our commitment to innovation and exceptional taste has positioned our brand in high-end retail spaces and food service providers, including Good Grocers, IGAs, fresh food markets, and popular cafes across WA and Eastern States.
**The Roles**
There are two roles available. One role is mostly baking, decorating and finishing our cakes, desserts and slices. The second role is primarily baking breads and pastries for our retail shop front. When you apply, please make it clear what role you are applying for.
**Ideal Candidate**
We are seeking fun, friendly, motivated and, preferably, experienced individuals to thrive in our fast-paced commercial bakery. You will need to work cleanly and efficiently within a team environment; maintaining momentum to complete a range of tasks over each day. Up to 24hrs available during our Monday to Friday production schedules. More hours available when needed.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Prepare and bake high quality gluten free products
* Decorate, portion, pack, and accurately label products for distribution when needed.
* Manage your time efficiently to finish the daily work load
* Manage general kitchen duties, including stock replenishment and end-of-day clean-up procedures.
* Maintain strict HACCP food handling and safety standards (experience is a bonus, though training is provided).
* Able to serve customers visiting our shop front (when necessary).
**Requirements**
* MUST have experience as a certified baker or pastry chef with an open-minded, hardworking attitude. Experience in gluten free baking is a huge plus but not essential.
* Ability to work autonomously and deliver high-quality, timely results under pressure.
* Currently residing in Perth, eligible to work in Australia, and able to reliably travel to Bibra Lake.

**Remuneration**
Remuneration is in accordance with the applicable award, including junior rates where relevant, plus recognition of your experience and the value you bring to the production team.
Pay: $30.00 – $38.00 per hour
