What you'll be doing
- Assisting the Head Chef and other senior kitchen staff with food preparation, cooking and presentation and people management.
- Following recipes and kitchen procedures to ensure consistent high-quality dishes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised work area
- Collaborating with the wider team to deliver an exceptional dining experience for customers
- Developing your skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques and cuisines
What we're looking for
- Completed certificate or diploma in commercial cookery or equivalent culinary training
- Some previous experience in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Strong focus on food safety and hygiene
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for creating delicious, high-quality dishes
- Enthusiasm to learn and develop your culinary abilities

Pay: $65,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
