In this role, you'll:
Be working as part of a team delivering property valuation, negotiation and acquisition services to support major transport infrastructure projects, this role will see you managing property valuations and acquisition activities, providing expert advice to project teams, and supporting timely access to land required for Transport programs and works.
You will lead valuation and negotiation outcomes in a complex, high‑volume infrastructure environment with competing priorities, legislative requirements and sensitive stakeholder considerations.
Multiple Fixed Term and Permanent Roles available across Regional NSW and Sydney Metro.

About you
Your strong valuation, negotiation and advisory skills, formed across property valuation, real estate, infrastructure, government or acquisition environments, will see you excel in managing complex valuation matters, balancing competing deadlines and ensuring acquisitions are progressed in line with policy and legislative requirements to lead to timely, fair and probity‑focused acquisition outcomes that enable project delivery.
You’re recognised as a professional who acts with integrity and sound judgement, skilled at conducting valuations and negotiations and providing clear, practical advice, experienced in property valuation for acquisition purposes, working within statutory frameworks and contributing to large‑scale infrastructure or government programs.
