Our business relies on modern ICT infrastructure, cloud-based platforms, CRM systems, property management software, and digital communication technologies to support our operations and deliver high-quality services to clients. We are seeking an experienced ICT Support Engineer to support and maintain our ICT environment and ensure the reliable operation of business-critical systems and applications across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and assistance to sales agents, property managers, administration staff, and management.
- Analyse, diagnose, and resolve ICT infrastructure, software, hardware, operating system, network, and application-related issues.
- Install, configure, maintain, test, and troubleshoot desktop computers, laptops, mobile devices, printers, scanners, and peripheral equipment.
- Support and maintain Microsoft 365 services including Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Support and maintain real estate CRM systems, property management applications, trust accounting software, online property listing platforms, and cloud-based business applications.
- Monitor system performance, network availability, system reliability, and ICT infrastructure operations.
- Manage user accounts, passwords, access permissions, software licensing, and security settings.
- Assist with software installations, upgrades, updates, testing, deployments, and configuration activities.
- Support company databases, electronic document management systems, and digital property records.
- Assist in maintaining integrations between CRM systems, property management platforms, online property portals, and internal business applications.
- Support website functionality, online property listing integrations, digital marketing systems, and customer enquiry platforms used by the business.
- Liaise with external software vendors, website developers, telecommunications providers, and ICT service providers regarding technical issues and system improvements.
- Maintain technical documentation, ICT asset registers, operational procedures, and support records.
- Provide ICT training, guidance, and technical assistance to staff to improve system utilisation and operational efficiency.
- Assist with onboarding and ICT setup for new employees, including user accounts, hardware allocation, software access, and system configuration.
- Identify and recommend technology improvements that enhance operational efficiency, system performance, and customer service delivery.
Skills & Qualifications
- Relevant qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Network Engineering, or a related discipline.
- Minimum two years of relevant ICT support, systems support, or technical support experience.
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365, Windows operating systems, cloud-based platforms, networking environments, hardware, software, and business applications.
- Strong knowledge of ICT troubleshooting, user support, system administration, and technology support practices.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Strong customer service orientation and ability to work effectively with users across all levels of the organisation.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
