Green Dahlia is a registered NDIS provider delivering Support Coordination, Recovery Coaching and Disability Support services across Western Sydney. About the Role
As a Support Worker, you'll provide person-centred support to participants living with a range of disabilities, helping them achieve their individual goals while promoting independence, confidence and community participation.
Your responsibilities may include:
- Community access and social support
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Shopping and everyday living assistance
- Light household duties
- Building confidence and independent living skills
- Encouraging participants to achieve their goals
- Completing accurate shift notes and documentation

About You

Experience in disability, mental health or aged care is highly regarded. Lived experience in mental health is also welcomed and valued.
Essential Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will have (or be willing to obtain):
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable, comprehensively insured motor vehicle
- Smartphone for rostering and documentation
