An exciting opportunity exists for a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our Marketing and Communications team on a 12-month contract, with the possibility of an ongoing permanent position.
Reporting to the Acting Marketing Communications Manager, you will support the delivery of engaging marketing campaigns, social media content, internal communications, website updates, and promotional materials. Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help bring projects to life and contribute to initiatives that make a real impact.
Content creation and copywriting
- Assist in developing content for digital and print marketing channels.
- Support the creation of engaging and audience-focused communications i.e. social media posts, newsletters, website content, brochures and promotional materials.
Social Media
- Assist in managing DHM's organic social media presence across multiple platforms.
- Create graphics and visual content using Canva.
- Schedule and publish content in line with content calendars.
Internal Communications
- Coordinate and distribute internal communications including eDMs, staff updates and newsletters.
- Assist with content creation for internal communication channels.
Marketing and event support
- Assist with the delivery of marketing campaigns, promotional activities and events.
- Coordinate marketing collateral and campaign assets.
- Help manage project timelines and administrative tasks as required.
- Support the marketing team on ad-hoc projects where required.
Stakeholder engagement
- Build positive working relationships with colleagues across the business.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to gather information and support project delivery.
- Work with external suppliers and partners when required.
To be successful in this position, you will have:
- 1-2 years' experience in marketing, communications, or a similar role
- Strong written communication and content creation skills
- Experience using Canva and social media platforms
- Excellent organisational skills with a keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
- A positive, proactive approach and a willingness to learn
Healthcare or medical marketing experience is advantageous but not essential.
You're a creative and organised marketing professional who enjoys creating engaging content and building strong relationships. You'll bring excellent communication skills, experience with social media and Canva, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn are essential. Previous marketing or communications experience is preferred, while healthcare experience is advantageous but not required.
