Hotel Panchos, the Gold Coast’s oldest and most iconic Mexican restaurant (est. 1982), is looking for a skilled and passionate bartender to join our vibrant team. We’re a busy, high-energy venue, known for bold flavours, festive vibes, and great drinks – and we need someone who can keep up with the pace and bring the party to life behind the bar.
What we're looking for:
- Proven cocktail-making experience in a fast-paced bar or restaurant
- Solid knowledge of spirits, margaritas, and classic cocktails
- Confident, friendly and energetic personality
- Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Full availability on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday
- Current RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certificate
- Reliable transport to semi-rural area
