About the Role
Join MHIAA’s Technical Support team and use your know-how to:
- Provide phone-based technical support for air conditioning systems nationwide.
- Assist with spare parts, commissioning, and warranty claims.
- Share your field knowledge through training and diagnostics support.
- Take on some light admin and data analysis — no heavy lifting required.
About You
We’d love to hear from you if you’re:
- A qualified refrigeration technician ready to step away from the tools.
- A natural problem-solver who enjoys helping others.
- Comfortable using computers and confident with Microsoft Office.
- Reliable, organised, and still passionate about the HVAC trade.
