Job Description
In this role, you'll be an essential part of our facilities management team, responsible for maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hygiene across our organisation. Working collaboratively with our Hotel Services Manager and departmental leadership, you'll ensure that all areas meet our rigorous quality standards while supporting a safe and welcoming environment for clients, staff, and visitors.

Maintain exceptional standards of cleanliness across all designated areas, including offices, common areas, and specialized facilities

Clean, restock, and properly store all equipment and supplies used during shifts in appropriate storage locations

Perform laundry services, including washing, folding, and transporting laundered items as required

Ensure compliance with HACCP, Workplace Health and Safety, and Infection Control protocols at all times

Communicate effectively with team members and other stakeholders to coordinate activities and address any concerns promptly

Respond to cleaning requests and special projects with efficiency and professionalism

Identify and report maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisory staff

Demonstrate pride in your work by consistently delivering high-quality results

Work flexibly within a team environment, supporting colleagues and contributing to a positive workplace culture
About You:

Proven experience in cleaning services or environmental services roles

Flexibility to work various shifts as required by operational needs

Friendly, supportive demeanor with an empathetic approach to colleagues and clients
