What You’ll Be Doing
- Tattslotto: Accurately operating the Tattslotto terminal, assisting customers with entries, and processing prize payouts.
- Sales & Transactions: Efficiently managing the cash register and processing high-volume retail transactions.
- Store Standards: Maintaining the organization and tidiness of the store, ensuring all visual merchandising and stock levels are top-notch.
- Compliance: Strictly adhering to all lottery-related policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the wider retail team to ensure the smooth, daily operation of the store.
What We’re Looking For
- Retail Experience: Previous experience in a retail or customer service role (lottery experience is a significant advantage).
- Numerical Accuracy: Strong cash-handling skills with the ability to process transactions accurately under pressure.
- Communication: A friendly, approachable demeanor and a passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail to ensure compliance and store presentation are always maintained.
- Flexibility: Availability to work a roster that aligns with our trading hours, including busy Thursday to Saturday periods.
