We're on the lookout for a motivated Dog Daycare Attendant/Bather to join our team!
This role is perfect for someone who loves animals, enjoys being active, and doesn't mind getting their hands (and clothes!) a little dirty. This isn’t a “sit and cuddle puppies” kind of job. You’ll be on your feet all day - cleaning, supervising, redirecting behaviour and keeping the dogs safe and happy!
You’ll be doing things like:
- Supervising and engaging dogs in structured group play
- Bathing & drying dogs of all breeds and sizes
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised environment
- Assisting with bookings, client communication, and POS transactions
- Promoting our services and building positive client relationships
- Assisting groomers and other team members when required
We’re looking for someone who:
- Loves Dogs! and has experienced with animals
- Be confident handling dogs of all sizes, including large and energetic dogs
- Be physically fit and capable of being on your feet for most of the day
- Can multitask and stay calm in a high-energy environment
- Has great time management and attention to detail
- Is punctual, reliable, and self-motivated
- Holds a valid drivers licence and has reliable transport
Our shifts run Monday to Friday between 7am–6pm, with full day and half-day shifts available. We're looking for someone who can commit to a minimum of 20 hours per week as this helps build strong relationships with the dogs in our care. This role may also involve providing our Pet Taxi service, including the safe collection and return of dogs to and from their homes. A current driver's licence, confidence driving and a clean driving record are highly desirable.

Pay: From $31.00 per hour
