Reporting to the Senior Director, Billing & Payments, the Associate Director, Settlements & Reconciliations Governance leads a critical operational function responsible for the integrity, control, settlement, and reconciliation of billions of customer and wholesale transactions annually.
This is a high-impact leadership role at the intersection of billing operations, financial governance, wholesale settlements, revenue assurance, and regulatory compliance.
What You’ll Do | Your day to day will consist of:
Lead the end-to-end operational governance of usage processing from network switch through mediation, rating, billing and reconciliation
Oversee reconciliation controls and drive resolution of customer-impacting issues.
Lead wholesale rating and settlement activities across domestic interconnect, international roaming, domestic roaming, and third-party vendors.
Ensure a strong financial control framework in the end-to-end validation process of all settlements
Establish and maintain comprehensive operational controls across all processes ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements

Demonstrated expertise in billing platforms, rating systems, mediation environments, and revenue assurance controls
Outstanding leadership and financial management skills
Ability to lead and deliver automation, operational excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives
Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements required within the Telco industry
