Key Responsibilities:

· Assist residents with daily living activities, personal routines, appointments, education, recreation, and community participation.
· Implement individual care plans, behaviour support strategies, and case plan goals.
· Encourage the development of independence, social skills, communication skills, and positive behaviour.
· Monitor residents’ wellbeing, identify risks or concerns, and report incidents or changes in behaviour promptly.
· Maintain accurate records, daily case notes, incident reports, and other required documentation.
· Support a safe, respectful, and trauma-informed home environment.
· Work collaboratively with case managers, social workers, families, carers, schools, health professionals, and other support services.

Drive, reliability, and honesty are key qualities we value.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including sleepovers, weekends, and last-minute call-ins.
Experience working with children and young people with complex and challenging behaviours is a plus, but not essential - we provide training!
Passion for working with children and young people with challenging behaviours, particularly teens.
Team players who follow policies and contribute to developing new ideas.
