APEX Property Solutions & Co is looking for a reliable skilled labourer / handyman to join our team across civil works, landscaping, lawn care and general property maintenance.
This role would suit someone who is hands-on, practical, physically fit, and comfortable working across different types of jobs each week. You do not need to know everything, but you do need to show up, work hard, take direction, and care about leaving a job done properly.
The work may include:
- Lawn mowing, edging, whipper snipping and general yard maintenance
- Plant operations
- Garden clean-ups, mulching, planting, weeding and green waste removal
- Basic landscaping and outdoor improvement works
- Labouring for small civil works, drainage, concrete, retaining, excavation and site prep
- Rubbish removal and site clean-ups
- Pressure washing and external property maintenance
- Basic handyman repairs and maintenance
- Assisting trades and contractors on site
- Loading, unloading, moving materials and operating basic tools/equipment
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in labouring, landscaping, lawn care, handyman work, civil works or property maintenance
- Is reliable and turns up when they say they will
- Can follow instructions and work safely
- Has good attention to detail and takes pride in the finished job
- Is physically fit and happy working outdoors
- Can work independently once shown what needs to be done
- Has a current driver licence
- Has their own transport
- Has basic tools
The right person will be:
- Practical and switched on
- Easy to work with
- Good with clients, tenants and other trades
- Willing to do a mix of clean-up work, maintenance, labouring and detailed finishing work
- Able to send before/after photos and basic job updates when required
