Carefinity is looking for dedicated Female Support Workers with manual handling/hoisting and medication administration experience to support clients in Ballina and Lismore, NSW.
About the Role
Locations: Ballina & Lismore, NSW
Duties include:
- Personal care and daily living support
- Medication assistance and administration
- Manual handling, hoist transfers, and mobility support
- Domestic assistance and light household duties
- Community access and social support
- Providing care in a safe, respectful, and person-centred manner
Requirements
✅ NDIS Worker Screening Check
✅ Working With Children Check (WWCC)
✅ Right to Work in Australia
✅ Current First Aid & CPR Certificates
✅ Relevant Qualifications in Disability, Aged Care, or Community Services
✅ Experience with manual handling and hoisting
✅ Experience with medication administration
✅ Driver's Licence and reliable transport
✅ Female applicants only due to participant-specific requirements
