Oak Leaf Education Institute is looking for motivated and well-connected Education Sales Partners to introduce prospective students to our education and training programs.
Independent Contractor Opportunity
This is a commission-based independent contractor opportunity, not an employment position.
The successful applicant will operate independently under a written contractor agreement and will be responsible for their own business and tax obligations.
This opportunity may suit education agents, sales professionals, community representatives, marketing professionals, or individuals with strong networks who are interested in student recruitment and education.
Oak Leaf Programs
Oak Leaf Education Institute offers a range of education and hospitality programs, including:
General English
SIT30821 Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
SIT40521 Certificate IV in Kitchen Management
SIT50422 Diploma of Hospitality Management
Barista Training and Short Courses
Cooking Classes and Hospitality Workshops
Course availability, entry requirements, fees and delivery arrangements may vary. Prospective students will be referred to Oak Leaf's authorised admissions team for current information and enrolment assessment.
Your Role
As an Education Sales Partner, you will:
- Introduce prospective students to Oak Leaf
- Promote Oak Leaf's approved courses and programs
- Develop your own student and community networks
- Generate suitable student enquiries and referrals
- Provide prospective students with approved Oak Leaf information
- Refer prospective students to Oak Leaf's admissions team for formal assessment and enrolment
Commission-Based
- Commission paid for eligible successful enrolments
- Commission structure provided under the contractor agreement
- Flexible and independent working arrangement
- No fixed Oak Leaf working hours
- Opportunity to develop a long-term business relationship with Oak Leaf
Commission is subject to the applicable terms and conditions of the contractor agreement.
Who We're Looking For
We are interested in people who have:
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Sales, education, marketing or student recruitment experience
- Established community or professional networks
- An interest in education and hospitality
- A professional and ethical approach to student recruitment
- The ability to work independently
An ABN and appropriate business structure are preferred.
