Coffs Harbour Support Services (CHSS) is a trusted, community-based not-for-profit disability service provider established in 1993. We’re currently seeking passionate and reliable Support Workers to join our casual workforce.

About the role
As a Support Worker with CHSS, you will:
- Empower people with disability to pursue their interests and achieve their goals
- Promote independence, choice, and control
- Support individuals to actively participate in their community
- Build genuine, respectful relationships with the people you support
About you
We’re looking for people who are:
- Reliable, compassionate, and values-aligned
- Flexible and available to work across multiple shift types which could include:
- Active night shifts
- Sleepovers
- Early mornings, evenings, and weekends
- Committed to providing person-centred support
Essential requirements
- Current driver’s licence and access to a reliable and insured vehicle
- Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
- Ability to obtain and maintain an NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- A willingness to provide personal care to people with disabilities, including assistance with toileting, showering, grooming, and oral care.

Pay: $43.23 – $47.16 per hour
