Responsibilities:
- Cooking delicious potato crisps to our exacting standards.
- Sorting and quality-checking finished batches.
- Seasoning crisps to perfection.
- Packing and boxing finished goods for distribution.
- Accurately packing customer orders.
- Implement Good Manufacturing Practices
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment, including daily cleaning and record keeping.
- Following HACCP standards and food safety procedures
Requirements:
- Proven cooking and kitchen experience. 2 years minimum
- Food manufacturing experience. 1 year minimum
- Basic understanding of food preparation, health, and safety procedures.
- Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable and punctual.
- Food processing experience.
- Ability to do repetitive tasks.
- Details:
- Full-time / Part-Time position available immediately.
- Daytime hours, Monday to Friday. Hours of production 6am-6pm
- Pay: Award rate.
- Location: Oakleigh South.
