Production Supervisor - Night Shift to join our high-performing team at our Pakenham facility.
About the Role
As Night Shift Production Supervisor, you'll play a critical role in leading production operations, driving team performance, and ensuring we consistently deliver quality products safely and efficiently.
Your key duties and responsibilities will include but not be limited to;
- Lead and motivate production teams to achieve and exceed safety, quality, productivity, and waste targets.
- Drive a positive safety culture and champion continuous improvement initiatives.
- Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate effective solutions to minimise downtime.
- Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and support employee development.
- Maintain the highest standards of GMP, hygiene, housekeeping, and food safety compliance.
- Ensure all team members are appropriately trained and competent in operational procedures and work instructions.
- Foster a culture of accountability, engagement, and operational excellence.
About the Person
We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys developing people and improving processes. You’ll have previous experience in;
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience within food manufacturing, FMCG, or a similar production environment.
- Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, build engagement, and drive results.
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
- The ability to work independently while contributing positively to the broader team.
- Experience with ERP/MRP systems (highly regarded).
