About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse & Sales Assistant to join our team. This is a varied, hands-on role involving customer service, warehouse duties, stock management, and local deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist customers at the trade counter and showroom
- Process sales and provide product assistance
- Pick and pack customer orders
- Restock shelves and maintain warehouse organization
- Receive and check incoming stock
- Complete local deliveries when required
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
About You
- Friendly and professional with strong customer service skills
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience in electrical wholesale, warehousing, or retail is an advantage but not essential
Requirements
- Current Australian Driver License (essential)
- Forklift License (preferred but not essential)
- Full working rights in Australia
