Ton & Co is a Japanese Tonkatsu Specialist shop located in Windsor / Prahran area.
We're looking for a full time Cook / Chef to join our small team.
Your role will include:
- Food preparation
- Cooking and plating during service
- Cleaning as necessary
Our menu is small and focused, but execution must be to a high standard. Ideally you would be familiar with:
- Meat cooking temperatures
- Food safety and hygiene
- Workflow in a busy restaurant
We are located close to public transport (train / tram) with private parking available if required.
Ideally you would have 2 years of experience working in a kitchen. The hours are strictly 38-40 hours per week (we do not exceed this unless arranged & agreed to cover for other members with extra pay).
Pay: From $70,000.00 per year
