What would I be doing?
As a NDIS Facilitator, you will be responsible for facilitating all client activities from pre-planning through to intake with their NDIS plans. This role is crucial for providing people with disabilities information, assistance and support throughout this process.
This could include:

Participating in client negotiations and promote suitable service provision options and providing financial quoting for services.

Complete/update CPL Client Service Agreements.

Monitor client plan status (extended plans and / or new plans) and fully manage the intake process for ongoing service provision in your region.

Prepare & support clients at NDIS Plan meetings.

Report and rectify potential billing and system interface errors.

Analyse funding utilisations and advise on corrective actions required.
- Deliver NDIS training to local teams.

Track and register details of the client support and funding utilisation.

Build positive networks and relationship with disability organisations, local area coordinators and the NDIA to support business objectives.
This is a part-time role working for approximately 45 hours a fortnight.

Previous experience with the disability / community services industry or current knowledge and understanding of NDIS.

An understanding of DES, ADE and employment programs is desirable.
