The opportunity
We are seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 6 fixed term contract, joining a TA team responsible for delivering high volume recruitment for QBE's Claims teams. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to a collaborative fast paced environment, supporting our ongoing talent acquisition initiatives.
About the role
Managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process for assigned managers including conducting job briefs, setting search strategy, sourcing, screening, recommending candidates for interview and effective offer management
Proactively identifying suitable candidates to meet QBE’s talent needs
Ensuring a personalised, positive experience for all candidates and stakeholders, whilst contributing to a strong employee value proposition
Supporting diversity and inclusion initiatives to ensure we attract talented people from the breadth of the communities in which we operate
Assist in identifying opportunities for continuous improvement by escalating sourcing and recruitment issues.
About you
Prior experience as a candidate manager or recruiter in an in-house, RPO or agency environment
Must have worked in a fast-paced high volume service role
Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, candidates and hiring managers
Excellent attention to detail
An enthusiastic approach to teamwork and delivering innovative solutions.
The ability to think creatively whilst demonstrating exceptional time management skills
Organisation skills and the ability to prioritise, multi-task and work at pace to deliver against tight deadlines
