Experienced Front of House – OHD| Maddingley

We're looking for an experienced Front of House professional who can confidently run a busy cafe floor, deliver outstanding customer service and help create a smooth, efficient service every shift.
This is not an entry-level position. We're looking for someone with solid cafe or restaurant experience who can step into a busy environment with confidence and take ownership of their role.
Your Role
- Deliver warm, genuine customer service from the moment guests arrive.
- Confidently manage a busy café floor during service.
- Coordinate food and drink service efficiently.
- Build strong communication between the floor, kitchen and coffee bar.
- Anticipate customer and team needs before being asked.
- Maintain exceptional presentation and cleanliness throughout the venue.
- Support the team to ensure every service runs smoothly.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a busy cafe or restaurant.
- Someone who naturally takes initiative and enjoys being one step ahead.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Calm, confident and efficient during busy service.
- Excellent attention to detail and pride in delivering exceptional customer service.
- Reliable, punctual and committed to high standards.
- Weekend availability is essential.
