About your role
Looking to step away from shutdowns, night shifts or FIFO rosters?
This is a rare opportunity to stay local in Kalgoorlie, workday shift only, and be home every night — while still using your process, plant or chemical experience in a hands-on environment.

Monday–Friday day shift (7am–3pm)
No night shift, no FIFO, home every night
Flexible start times (early starts available)

Key Responsibilities
This is a true end-to-end process role, where you’ll be involved across the full production cycle — not just one part of it.
Your day will include:
Mixing and batching chemical products
Loading raw materials and operating forklifts daily
Monitoring product quality (including testing and checks)
Loading product into tankers and preparing for dispatch
General yard and clean-up duties
Supporting basic maintenance activities
You’ll be working across manufacturing, logistics and plant operations, giving you a genuinely varied day.
Who are we looking for?
Current forklift licence (essential)
Experience in process operations, mining/processing plants, chemical, manufacturing or industrial environments
Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to get hands-on
Safety-focused with good attention to detail
Team player who can work in a small, disciplined crew
Willingness to comply with PPE requirements, including respirator use (clean shaven policy applies)
This is ideal for someone who:
Comes from mining/process environments and wants better lifestyle balance
Is tired of FIFO, shutdowns or rotating rosters
Wants a stable, long-term role with variety
