About The Role

The primary purpose of this role is to provide quality, customer focused administrative and practical support to, both the Human Resources Team and the organisation. With a focus on ensuring company compliance and the delivery of Payroll and HR related processes and objectives.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Triage HR related enquiries, providing excellent customer service and support.
- Assist with HR reporting and drafting of HR correspondence.
- Manage, track and report on employee compliance requirements.
- Record and manage employee records and maintain system information.
- Coordinate onboarding and exit interviews and casual to permanent conversion processes.
- Administer requests for conflict of interest forms, flexible work arrangements, secondary employment and parental leave.
- Support Reward and Recognition and other HR related continuous improvement projects.
- Provide support to the Manager, Human Resources and Executive, People & Culture on projects and common industrial matters.
- Assist with the administration of each stage of the employee life cycle.
About you
Attention to detail, an exceptional multitasker and the ability to work within a fast-paced environment are the key attributes you will need to be successful in this role.
Essential:
- Experience providing administrative support (data entry, customer service, preparing reports, drafting letters, records management, preparing contracts).
- Entry level experience supporting a Human Resources function.
- Proven problem-solving skills and an excellent team worker.
- Quality and results driven
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Demonstrated ability to foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Excellent technology capability with strong MS Office skills.
- Ability to calmly coordinate multiple projects simultaneously.
Desirable:
- Qualification or currently studying Human Resources or similar.
- Experience in Disability Sector or similar.
- HR Compliance experience.
- Knowledge of the SCHADS award.
