Christ Church Grammar School is seeking a highly organised and service-oriented professional to join its Academic Resources Centre (ARC), a central hub delivering exceptional digital, physical and IT support services to a vibrant school community.
Reporting to the Director of Information, Communication and Technology Services, the ARC Operations and Project Administrator plays a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the ARC, ensuring the delivery of a seamless, high-quality experience for students, staff and families.
Working collaboratively with teaching and support staff, as well as external partners, this role is ideal for an individual who brings strong organisational capability, excellent interpersonal skills and a commitment to continuous improvement in service delivery.
Key responsibilities include:
- Financial Management & Procurement supporting budget development and expenditure monitoring; managing purchase orders and invoice processing; maintaining asset registers; overseeing device lifecycle and returns; and coordinating procurement activities to ensure compliance and continuity of ICT services.
- ICT Operations & Service Improvement maintaining and reviewing procedures, policies, and workflows; monitoring ARC operations and Service Desk performance; conducting audits; supporting risk, continuity, and compliance planning; and driving process improvements to enhance service quality and efficiency.
- Coordination, Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement managing vendor relationships; coordinating ICT resources and projects; supporting staffing and scheduling of ARC team members; maintaining accurate records; and providing data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making and continuous improvement.
