About the role
eApproval is an online application which enables the end-to-end document management and workflow solution of all briefs, Ministerials and correspondence. The application enables NSW Health’s vision for a digitally enabled workplace with streamlined management of approvals.
We are looking for two Senior Business Analysts to join the eApproval program team to conduct detailed review and analysis of the organisation's business intentions, services, processes and information needs to identify changes that lead to business improvements.

What you will be doing

Enhance business systems by providing accurate information about business needs and priorities and adopting contemporary analysis best-practice methodologies and processes.

Provide high level analysis and support while facilitating expert advice to support IT projects, planning and delivery of initiatives.

Elicit business process requirements by using a broad range of effective engagement techniques.

Work with key stakeholders to identify how changing business requirements may be delivered with existing solutions.

Support projects by undertaking analysis and impact assessments including testing, training and business transitions
About you
We are seeking motivated and committed individuals who can support the work of NSW Health with:

Extensive experience as a Senior Business Analyst on complex transformation programs including working independently on projects and deliverables.

Strong ability to engage and collaborate with stakeholders to influence positive outcomes.

Desire to strengthen and develop business analysis skills in an independent and hands-on role.
-
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and confident in knowing when to validate, escalate, or step back - respecting role boundaries while still driving progress.

Enthusiastic, adaptable and proactive.
