We’re currently looking for a motivated, engaging leader to join our team as a Guest Experience & Sales Supervisor at SEA LIFE Sydney Aquarium. This is a dynamic, high-energy role where you’ll work closely with the Site Manager to lead, support, and inspire our frontline crew as they capture incredible photos, smash sales targets, and deliver world-class service.

- You’re a Natural Leader: You have at least 1 year of supervisory/management experience and know how to coach, motivate, and nurture a team to success.

- You’ve got Stamina & Energy: You lead by example on the floor, bringing a bubbly, outgoing attitude and high energy from the start of the shift to the end.
- You Take Pride in the Site: You keep standards high - from your own professional presentation to ensuring clean, stocked, and ready-to-go sales points.
- You Prioritise Safety: You respect Health, Safety, and Workplace policies to keep our guests and team secure at all times.
What the day-to-day actually looks like:
- Acting as the Site Manager's right hand - helping to lead daily operations, run shifts, and support frontline Hosts.
- Coaching, mentoring, and giving on-the-spot feedback to staff to help them grow their skills and sales performance.
- Working the floor directly alongside your team: capturing guest photos, selling photo packages, and delivering amazing customer service.
- Keeping the vibe upbeat and the team focused on hitting daily sales goals.
What You’ll Bring:
- At least 1 year of experience in a management or supervisory role (retail, tourism, or customer service preferred).
- Full availability on weekends, public holidays, and school holidays.
- A well-groomed, professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
