Job Description
Reporting to the Program Manager, you will lead complex technology transformation initiatives across Bapcor's Networks business, with a strong focus on ERP modernisation and eCommerce platform delivery.
This role will be responsible for delivering large-scale projects that improve customer experience, streamline operations, standardise business processes and support long-term growth. Success in this role will require previous experience delivering both ERP and eCommerce projects in complex, multi-site environments.
Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end delivery of technology and business transformation projects from initiation through to implementation and handover

Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, risks, dependencies and governance to ensure successful delivery outcomes

Develop and maintain project plans, RAID registers, status reporting and executive-level communications

Drive ERP transformation, eCommerce enhancement, application rationalisation and enterprise system projects

Manage system implementation activities including testing, data migration, deployment and business readiness

Partner with senior leaders and business stakeholders to support organisational change and adoption

Manage external vendors, delivery partners and software providers, ensuring contractual and performance obligations are met

Facilitate governance forums, steering committees and executive stakeholder engagement to drive decision-making and alignment
Qualifications
Essential Experience
-
Proven experience delivering ERP implementation, upgrade, consolidation or replacement projects
-
Proven experience delivering eCommerce platform implementations, upgrades or digital commerce transformation programs
-
Demonstrated success managing large-scale business and technology transformation initiatives
-
Experience managing project budgets exceeding $2M

Strong stakeholder management experience, including executive-level engagement

Experience working across complex, multi-site environments
Highly Regarded

Experience within Retail, Wholesale, Distribution, Automotive or Supply Chain sectors

PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or SAFe certification
