An exciting opportunity is available for a part-time neonatal nurse to increase their FTE and contribute to the development of a research project in the neonatal unit. Funded by the Townsville SERTA Capacity Building Grant, this role offers additional hours to support project delivery, with optional opportunities for formal research skill development if desired. This role would be ideal for a nurse who is keen to learn about research and innovative technologies in neonatal care.
The Clinical Nurse - Clinical Research Coordinator is an advanced clinical based role for a registered nurse to support the set-up, conduct and management of research within Townsville Hospital and Health Service. This position requires complex, problem-solving skills, expert planning, and coordination skills in the clinical management of patients with complex care needs. The Study title is Machine learning for non-invasively measuring renal perfusion and vital signs in the neonatal intensive care unit (Small kidney's big data study).

We offer attractive remuneration packages and generous leave entitlements.
Generous remuneration package value up to $48,481 p.a. (NG6-1)
Salary range: $57.48 to $61.55 p.h.
4 to 6 weeks annual leave with 14%-17.5% loading
12.75% employer contribution to superannuation
Plus Salary Sacrificing options may be available

Mandatory qualifications and proof of registration (AHPRA).
This is a Vaccine Preventable Disease (VPD) risk role.
