Position: Casual Weekend Baker
Hours: Approximately 6–8 hours total across Saturday and Sunday
Bakerzone is looking for an experienced baker to join our team on a casual weekend basis.
This role is ideal for a qualified baker, semi-retired baker, or someone currently working in the industry who is looking for extra weekend hours.
About the Role
You will be responsible for preparing and baking our range of fresh breads and donuts, ensuring products meet our quality standards and are ready for customers each weekend.
Responsibilities
- Mixing, shaping, and baking breads
- Preparing and producing donuts
- Maintaining product quality and consistency
- Following food safety and hygiene standards
- Keeping the baking area clean and organised
About You
- Previous baking experience is essential
- Experience with bread production and/or donut making preferred
- Reliable and able to work independently
- Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
- Passionate about producing quality baked goods
