Suzy's is one of Perth's most anticipated new venues — a modern Italian-inspired restaurant at the water's edge in Hillarys Boat Harbour. Everything about Suzy's is considered. The food is beautiful, the cocktails are crafted, and the details — right down to the crockery — are chosen with intention. By day, we are a destination for high-quality matcha and specialty coffee. By night, the cocktails take centre stage. We are a venue where the standard is high and the atmosphere is effortless, and we need a team that embodies exactly that. We have not even opened yet and the anticipation has already exceeded our expectations — we cannot wait to get started.
The Role
We are looking for experienced, polished all-rounders to join our front of house team. This is a dual role — you will be equally comfortable behind the bar crafting cocktails, specialty coffees, and matcha drinks during the day, and running a section on the floor with confidence and grace come evening service. No two shifts will look the same, and that is exactly the point. At Suzy's, the guest experience is everything. The way a drink is placed on the table, the way a section is managed, the way you carry yourself on the floor — it all contributes to the atmosphere we are building. We need people who understand that instinctively and take genuine pride in the details.
What We are Looking For
You will have solid, proven experience in both bar and floor service in a high-end or high-volume hospitality environment. You present yourself impeccably, you move through a room with confidence, and you know how to read a table. You understand the difference between good service and exceptional service — and you consistently deliver the latter. Beyond the technical skills, we are looking for someone with the right energy for Suzy's. You are warm but polished, attentive without being overbearing, and you genuinely care about the experience every guest has from the moment they walk in. Suzy's has built a strong and loyal following before we have even opened our doors, and we need a team that understands the role they play in upholding that.
A current RSA is essential.
