Experienced Waiter – Ito, Sydney
Ito, part of the renowned ESCA Group (home to Aalia 2 Hats, Nour 1 Hat, Lilymu, Joji, and more), is a 1-Hatted restaurant in Sydney celebrated for its modern Japanese cuisine with an Italian influence. Blending precision, artistry, and warmth, Ito offers a truly unique dining experience. We are seeking an experienced waiter to join our front-of-house team and deliver the exceptional level of service our guests expect.
About the Role
As a waiter at Ito, you will:
- Provide attentive, refined service in line with our Japanese–Italian fine-dining concept.

Guide guests through the menu, highlighting the harmony of Japanese flavors and Italian influences.

Deliver professional beverage service, including wine, sake, and Italian varietals.

Work seamlessly with FOH and kitchen teams to ensure a polished guest experience.

Maintain Ito’s reputation as a 1-Hatted dining destination.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality.

Confidence in food and beverage service, ideally with knowledge of Japanese cuisine and/or Italian wines.

Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and guest focus.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, precise service environment.
