Responsibilities:
This busy and diverse role will see you undertaking a broad range of administrative duties, including purchasing and receiving orders, invoicing, timesheet entry, as well as answering phones, mail sorting, data entry and document, registers and file management to support our projects and workshops.
You will be interacting with external customers and internal stakeholders throughout all areas of the business so the right candidate will have a high standard of professionalism with a great attitude and a want to thrive and grow within our business.
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- Outstanding customer relations and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Previous administration experience
- Payroll experience (desirable)
- Be reliable in terms of attendance and punctuality
- An outstanding work ethic and commitment, and enjoy working as part of a team
- A self-starting attitude
- Attention to detail
- Good grasp of Microsoft 365/MS Office software applications and Microsoft Teams
- Drivers Licence
- To be proficient with computers and comfortable with technology
