About the Opportunity:
MAAS Construct is seeking an experienced Site Manager to join our team in a full-time, fixed term 18 month contract. Reporting to the Project Director / Project Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of site activities, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the required quality standards.
You’ll coordinate subcontractors, site supervisors, and the engineering team to keep works progressing in line with program requirements. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with strong site management experience, sound construction knowledge, and the ability to drive safety, quality, and delivery outcomes across a busy project environment.
About You:

10+ years’ experience in site management within the building construction industry.

Demonstrated experience managing concurrent trade packages on major building projects.

Strong knowledge of construction sequencing, site logistics, and WHS requirements.

Current Construction Induction Card (White Card) and relevant site management certifications.

A practical, hands-on leadership style with the ability to coordinate trades, supervisors, and site teams effectively.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to maintain safety, quality, and program outcomes on site.
