FOH Supervisor / Restaurant Manager – Japanese Dining Group (Cammeray / Manly / Potts Point / Balgowlah)
MKR Groups operates established Japanese dining venues across Sydney.
We are currently seeking an experienced FOH Supervisor or Restaurant Manager to join our team across our venues in Cammeray, Manly, Potts Point, and Balgowlah.

Location
- Cammeray / Manly / Potts Point / Balgowlah
- Candidates will be placed at one primary venue, based on preference, experience, and operational availability.
Salary & Employment
- $61,000–$74,000 per year (based on experience)
- Full-time position (approx. 40 hours per week)

What You’ll Do
- Lead and support FOH operations and service standards at your allocated venue
- Manage stock control, ordering, and cost efficiency
- Prepare and manage staff rosters
- Train and support FOH team members
- Coordinate closely with kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain venue presentation, hygiene, and operational standards
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1+ year experience in a Supervisor or Restaurant Manager role
- Strong FOH operations and team leadership experience
- Ability to manage a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Fluent English required
- RSA (NSW) required
