Role Type: Multiple Casual Positions (must have flexibility across shifts and days)
Salary: $40.81 - $45.26 ph (includes 25% casual loading) + Super + Salary Packaging + Access to Staff Discounts & Benefits
As a Personal Carer, you will:
- Support residents in their daily living activities, ensuring dignity and respect.
- Promote independence and well-being, encouraging residents to maintain their quality of life.
- Work as part of a team Collaborate with nurses, allied health, lifestyle, and hospitality support teams to ensure the best experience for all.
- Assist with mobility and equipment use to ensure resident safety.
- Provide emotional support and create a warm, nurturing environment.
- Accurately document care activities in iCare and follow best practices.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, residents, and families to provide holistic care.
You Will Have:
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care or Disability)
- An NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience supporting clients living with dementia is highly desirable or in a similar role in aged care.
